Lonnie Holley

Lonnie Holley is an American artist and musician whose work spans sculpture, painting, drawing, performance and experimental music. His improvised songs combine spoken word, soul, jazz and electronic textures, often exploring memory, history, survival and social injustice. In his visual work, he uses found and discarded materials to create deeply personal sculptures, paintings and drawings.
