Orders are processed on business days. We aim to dispatch orders the next business day after payment is received, via PostNL. Orders placed after 15:00 or on weekends are processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace code once your parcel is on its way.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to PostNL delays, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions and destination. The exact amount is displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. No hidden charges apply.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees or local taxes may apply. These costs are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not reimbursed by [GRID].

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (implemented in art. 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code), you have the right to cancel your purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. This right applies exclusively to consumers not acting in the course of a trade or profession.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to order or produced on specific request — commissions and personalised works fall under this exception (art. 6:230p sub f Dutch Civil Code). Standard editions, prints and zines are eligible for return.

Notify us in writing within the 14-day period, stating your name, order number and your intention to withdraw, via hello@nevermindthegrid.com or by post to [GRID], Looijerstraat 2, 2512 CK The Hague, Netherlands.

After notifying us, return the product within 14 days to: [GRID], Looijerstraat 2, 2512 CK The Hague, Netherlands. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

These terms apply to all offers and distance contracts between [GRID] and the buyer. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before order confirmation. Obvious errors in the offer are not binding on [GRID].

The contract is concluded upon acceptance of the offer. You will receive a confirmation email with order summary and total price. We reserve the right to refuse an order where necessary for responsible fulfilment.

Consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw. See Returns & Refunds for the full procedure. Excluded for made-to-order products (art. 6:230p sub f Dutch Civil Code).

Payment is due via the methods offered at checkout. [GRID] retains title of goods until full payment is received. Late payment incurs statutory interest and collection costs under Dutch law (Besluit BGK).

We aim to dispatch the next business day via PostNL. Delivery times are indicative. Risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery at the specified address. Import duties outside the EU are the buyer's responsibility.

Products conform to the agreement and reasonable standards of quality. Defects must be reported within a reasonable time. Statutory warranty rights (art. 7:17 Dutch Civil Code) apply in full.

All intellectual property rights to products, images and content remain with [GRID] or the respective artists. Purchase grants ownership of the physical work only — copyright and reproduction rights are not transferred unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant order. [GRID] is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
