01 ARTWORKS
Are the artworks authentic?
Yes. All works are sourced directly from artists or trusted partners. Original works are unique. Editions are signed and numbered by the artist.
Are the works limited editions?
Edition details are listed on each product page. Once sold out, editions are not reprinted unless clearly stated. Original works are one of a kind.
Do the works come framed?
Selected works are available framed. This is indicated on the product page. Unless stated otherwise, works are shipped unframed for safe transport.
Can I view the work before purchase?
High resolution images are provided for each work. Physical viewings are possible by appointment at our space in The Hague. Contact: hello@nevermindthegrid.com.
What is the difference between an original and an edition?
Original works are unique, one of one. Editions are produced in limited quantities and are signed and numbered by the artist.
02 SHIPPING
Where do you ship from?
All orders are dispatched from The Hague, the Netherlands via PostNL. We ship worldwide.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch the next business day after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery times:
Netherlands: 1–3 business days
Belgium / Germany: 2–5 business days
Rest of Europe: 3–8 business days
Outside Europe: 5–15 business days
Delays caused by customs or carriers are outside our control.
Is my shipment insured?
Risk transfers to the buyer at the moment of handover to the carrier. All works are packaged carefully to prevent transit damage. If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours.
Are customs fees included?
For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may apply. These are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the buyer.
03 RETURNS
Can I return an artwork?
Under EU consumer law, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason. This applies to standard editions, prints and zines. Made-to-order and commission works are excluded from this right.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@nevermindthegrid.com. Include photographs of the damage and the original packaging. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
04 PAYMENT
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, iDEAL, Bancontact and other methods available at checkout via Shopify Payments.
Is payment secure?
All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. No payment data is stored on our servers.
