On 25 and 26 September 2026, [GRID] in The Hague presents a two-day programme at the intersection of visual art and music.
At the heart of the programme is an exhibition by Kamp Horst, the Rotterdam-based collective whose work creates a world of its own, bringing together illustration, underground culture and an uncanny visual language. The exhibition can be visited on both days.
On Friday evening, 25 September, the gallery will host two live performances. Ibrahim R. Ineke presents De Storm, a performance based on his graphic novel, with live musical accompaniment by Bruno Ferro Xavier da Silva.
Later that evening, Hakai 0+0 will perform - the experimental noise duo of Paul Tas (Error Instruments) and Yuri Landman. Their live sets combine glitchy electronics, self built synths, adapted guitars and percussive setups in raw improvisations and experimental soundscapes.
On Saturday afternoon, 26 September, Yuri Landman will lead the Cloudbusting Organic Workshop by Error Instruments. During this hands-on workshop, participants will build their own experimental electronic instrument and get an introduction to soldering, electronics and sound. More information about the workshop and registration can be found here.
Keep an eye on the website for the full schedule.
